Exhibitor Entry Information

 Exhibitor entry forms must be submitted in advance with all required information. Entry deadline is Monday, September 22, 2025. 

Load-in for exhibitors will be from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday  and there will be a social meet and greet at 6:00pm on Friday evening. There will be limited tree setup available on Saturday from 8:00am to 9:30am. Exhibitors are encouraged to setup on Friday evening.

Exhibit spaces will be pre-assigned, and we ask that you use your assigned space. Number and description cards will be in place.

  Open division exhibitors must provide display tables and accents. Scrolls are optional. Open division trees should have a fully mossed surface. Note:  Exhibitor space sizes may be adjusted once all displays are in place to balance the overall aesthetic of the show.

  Novice division exhibitors are not required to have display tables or accents but may use them if noted on their entry form. Moss is not required but may be used on trees in the Novice division. To be considered a novice exhibitor, you cannot have won an open award at any bonsai show nor had a tree accepted to the US National Bonsai show. Previous award winners of this Novice category are automatically not eligible to enter as novice exhibitors. Note:  Exhibitor space sizes may be adjusted once all displays are in place 

to balance the overall aesthetic of the show.

  There will be two People's Choice awards. Each visitor will be given 1 slip to complete and deposit in the provided container. They will be asked to pick their favorite tree from the entire show and their favorite accent.

  The Open and Novice awards will be determined by vote of participating volunteer exhibitors.  Exhibitors will be asked to participate in judging every tree in the show. A judging form will be emailed to each exhibitor at 10am on Saturday to complete on their phone or computer. Those wishing to participate will submit their selections via the Google form. Then the results will be tallied, and the top voted trees will receive an award. Votes will be tallied at 4:00pm on Saturday and the winners will be announced at the banquet on Saturday evening. We ask that the awards be displayed with the trees until the close of the show Sunday afternoon.

• People's Choice accent award
• Best overall display - Open
• Best overall display - Novice

  END OF SHOW: We ask that all exhibits  and vendors remain in their location until the close of the show at 4:00pm on Sunday

At 4:00pm when the show closes we will do our best to accommodate exhibitors and vendors departure in a “friendly and orderly manner”. We will have staff to assist with traffic direction in the driveway and parking area. The room must be cleared by 6:00pm.
